DemioLabs (“we”) operates DemioFlow. This policy explains which data is processed when you use the web or mobile application, the CLI and related services.

Data we process

We process account information (name, email and technical identifiers), content you create (tasks, projects, sections, goals, habits and notes), preferences, and technical data required for security, diagnostics and synchronization.

Calendars and connected services

If you enable a calendar integration, DemioFlow processes the information required to display or synchronize events under the permissions you grant. You may revoke access in the provider and DemioFlow settings.

Purposes and legal bases

• provide, synchronize and secure the service;
• authenticate your authorized devices and terminals;
• provide support, prevent abuse and resolve incidents;
• improve the product using aggregated measurements or your consent where required.

Providers and transfers

We use hosting, authentication, payment, app distribution and measurement services. They act under their own terms or as contracted processors. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and security

Data is kept as long as needed for the service, legal obligations and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized. We use access controls, encryption in transit and appropriate logging, although no system can guarantee zero risk.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@demiolabs.com. You may also contact your data protection authority.

Children and changes

DemioFlow is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy; the date above identifies the latest version.
